Join Megan Lipsett, Jillian Schiavi, and Vickie Russell-Bell, for a journey in self discovery and complete lifestyle transformation. In 30 days you will increase your inner strength, nourish mind and body and find a community to support your evolution. In addition to committing to a regular yoga and mindfulness practice, you will establish effective tools to move towards a healthier lifestyle, including diet changes and deep self-inquiry. All of which results in a fresh, positive outlook on life. In yogic philosophy, complete health is discovered when we realize who we truly are. Through insight and determination, you'll learn to express complete well-being in your thoughts, emotions, body, actions and relationships.

The program includes: 2-hour weekly meetings, unlimited yoga classes, readings, activities, and a community of practice. Participants are also eligible for 20% OFF a 60-min personalized integrative health and wellness coaching session (details upon registration).

Week One | Center & Ground: Establish a daily practice of meditation and mindfulness - the foundation for healthy lifestyle change. Create a unique personal commitment to feel more awake, aware, and alive! Set a plan to bring complete well-being to your life.

Week Two | Cleanse & Energize: Heal and cleanse your body through a realistic, yet potent elimination diet - removing all toxic and inflammatory foods and replacing them with nourishing and energizing foods. Learn about balanced eating from an Integrative Health perspective.

Week Three | Simplify & Reconnect: Commit to connection, creativity, and mental clarity by taking a “digital detox”, setting personal goals to minimize your use of technology and increase your time in nature. Minimize distracting or toxic media, relationships, thought, and products. Remember your true nature and re-connect through purpose and play.

Week Four | Surrender & Deepen: Learn about how changing your mindset can change your life and your health. Learn to approach your harmful habitual behaviors and limiting beliefs with curiosity and compassion, finding deep motivation and determination to discover opportunity and strength within your greatest challenges. Cultivate contentment and feel empowered.

Week Five | Commit & Transform: Define your “non-negotiables” and create an embodied plan for a continued lifestyle of long-term and optimal health and well-being. Establish systems and structures to enjoy and celebrate your life and live with purpose. Define what you are truly committed to.
