In this workshop you will learn skills in integrative health, yoga, and self-inquiry to promote sustainable self-care practices. You will develop a deepened awareness of your life resources: mental, emotional, physical, social, ecological, modified, and spiritual, in order to promote optimal health and well-being for yourself, your community, and the environment. This workshop will include: movement, mindfulness practices, lecture, group discussion, collaborative exercises, and play. We will offer practical skills in stress reduction, mindful listening, conscious consumption, and compassionate communication, that encourage and celebrate self-responsibility and healthy lifestyle design.
* This workshop will introduce the foundational concepts of Sustainable Health which will be foundational for the upcoming Conscious Consumption and Emotional Expression workshops. The Sustainable Health workshops can be taken individually or as a series.
